The people who lead us
Chief Executive Officer
Petr is the founder of Exness, starting the company back in 2008. He built the Exness trading platform from the ground up before happily expanding the team to what it is today. Petr's expertise in programming, IT, and financial operations powered the inception of Exness. And his clear vision and solid ethos are still the driving force behind the company's direction and growth.
Chief Operations Officer
Maria joined Exness in 2012 and was a key player in building our industry-leading customer support team. Her success at turning Exness' client relations into a key competitive advantage quickly pushed her up the ladder. Maria is now COO, overseeing operations, team productivity and strategic development.
Chief Trading Officer
As Chief Trading Officer, Damian has oversight of the group's global trading, liquidity and market making business. Damian’s department employs traders, quants, platform specialists, market risk managers and business product owners. The department develops and supports next generation tools and services for traders. Prior to Exness Damian held executive level positions at Saxo Bank, Goldman Sachs, and Barclays Capital.
Chief People Officer
Elena joined Exness in 2018 where she now works as Head of People Development and Care. She is tasked with managing the human resources function and driving the Exness corporate culture and performance. Elena is of the firm belief that each and every employee can achieve great success in their workplace, and her team's job is to support that growth in every aspect of the employees' work life.
